Grade 3 & Grade 4 Reading List 2018-19

- This year, Granby will participate in the Oswego County Battle of the Books. Together in groups and with faculty, parents or staff as coaches, students will read, communicate and collaborate about books from a reading list. Students will compete in a building competition and winners will move on to the district competition. Winners from the district competition will compete in the Oswego County program, with teams from schools across the county.
- There are two levels that comprise of grades 3/4 and grades 5/6. A maximum of three students may be on each team. In September, students are introduced to the program. By October, interested students will have selected their teams and coaches for Battle of the Books.
Battle Date Information
- The school Battle will be early February 2019 at Granby Library.
- The district battle is February 27, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the Fulton Ed Center.
- The county battle is March 12, 2019 at Sandy Creek Central School District.
